Providing data is voluntary and is a condition for responding to an inquiry, order processing or sending marketing materials and samples, and failure to provide them will make it impossible to reply or send materials. The data will be processed in order to answer the submitted question (legal basis: legally justified interest of the administrator) and organize the dispatch of marketing materials and samples (legal basis: legally justified interest of the administrator).
The data will be stored for a period of time: until consent is withdrawn to the processing of data or for the period required by applicable law (eg accounting regulations). Each person has the right to object to the processing of his personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator, as well as to oppose the processing of his or her personal data for marketing purposes.
